Analysis of the human rights situation in Morocco
A baseline study of the human rights situation in Morocco. The study looks at civil and policitical rights, and economic, social and cultural rights. A number of issues are looked at more closely, such as 'petites bonnes' (girl maids) and education for girls.
The case study is interesting as it tries to structure the analysis using the 'respect-protect-fulfil' structure and it tests the country assessment tool of the Danish Institute for Human Rights.
