A Quick Guide to Discussion Forums
1. To enter a forum, click on the Forum Name.
2. You can then create a new topic, or select an existing topic to read/contribute to the discussion.
3. When creating a topic you must enter a topic title and some text.
4. When you select an existing topic, you can post a reply.
5. Attachments can be added to new topics or replies. These attachments can be word documents, PDF files, images, etc. [Remember to give your attachment a short, meaningful name].
Closing/Solving a Topic
A topic can be closed (solved) by the forum member that creates it.
When viewing the topics in a forum you can hide or view all closed topics.
Email Notifications
You can receive email notifications when a new topic is added to a forum or when another member posts a reply to a topic. To turn email notifications on/off for a forum or a topic, select the Email Notification icon at the bottom of the page.
