Advocacy Impact Assessment Guidelines
Framework for assessing the impact of advocacy interventions towards poverty eradication, as used by a number of NGOs. The instrument presents different dimensions of change that should be measured in relation to advocacy interventions: policy change, private sector change, civil society change, democracy change and individual change. The publication also presents some tools and sample indicators for measuring these dimensions of change.
Though it is particularly directed at advocacy for poverty reduction, the instrument can also be useful for human rights purposes.
