Risk, responsibility and human rights: taking a rights-based approach to trade and project finance
Draft framework for a HRIA. This HRIA framework aims to translate international standards and voluntary mechanisms into policy, and builds upon traditional impact assessment processes and best practices as well as on a human rights based approach to international trade and project finance. The framework covers the entire project cycle.
