Content

• Evaluation of the implementation of the policy-measures, and their impact on the human rights situation and democratic development.
• Take into account new developments in the human rights situation and political and economic context.
• To be used in the formulation of future policies and projects (lessons learned).

Implementation

• Use indicators (as developed and used at earlier steps) to assess the developments, together with additional analysis.
• Organise evaluation procedures tailored to the specific situation.
• Involve external organisations and experts in this process.
• Ensure transparency.
• Feedback to the organisation and other concerned parties.
