• Systematic monitoring of the implementation of the activities.
• Systematic monitoring of new developments in the human rights situation and the political, social and economic context.

Implementation

• Use indicators (as developed and used at earlier steps) to assess the developments, together with additional analysis.
• Organise monitoring procedures in the organisation, tailored to the specific situation and projects.
• Involve external organisations and other experts in the monitoring process.
• Ensure a continuous and transparent process.
