Content
Definition of critical areas and concerns in the field of human rights and democratic development.
Definition of the problems which have to come (closer) to a solution by implementation of the NGO activities.
Definition of the objectives which have to be realised in order to reach this solution.
Implementation
Take departure in the analysis made at steps 1, 2 and 3.
Use tools as, for example: Problem Tree and Stakeholder Analysis.
