Welcome!
Domestic Violence is, unfortunately, a problem all over the world but the authorities in many countries to do not see this violence as an issue of public concern. That is why Aim for human rights and a group of co-developing organisations have committed themselves to the development of a Human Rights Compliance instrument on Domestic Violence. Once the instrument is finalised, we expect it to be a useful resource in the hands of organisations that work to stop Domestic Violence. It will provide them with ammunition to hold their government accountable. In these pages you will find information about the project, the co-developers and a collection of relevant international (human rights) standards. Please watch the film below to learn more about the project.
This web space will keep you informed on the developments in the project.
