Enhancing the Rights Perspective in Development Cooperation

Swedish Agency for Development Evaluation (SADEV)'s latest publication, SADEV report 2008:2 'Integrating the Rights Perspective in Programming – Lessons learnt from Swedish-Kenyan development cooperation' is now available.

The overal aim of this SADEV evaluation is to increase knowledge about how to promote and integrate the rights perspective in programming as well as to contribute to a deeper knowledge of human rights based approaches (HRBA).

This research was presented by Karin Dawidson (SADEV) during the conference,  'Human Rights Impact Assessment in Practice,' organised by Aim for human rights, 2006 in Zandvoort, the Netherlands. For detailed information about the evaluation please see http://www.humanrightsimpact.org/resource-database/publications/resources/view/238/user_hria_publications/

For more information on SADEV and the evaluation please see SADEV.
