International Business Leaders Forum

The International Business Leaders Forum works with business, governments and civil society to enhance the contribution that companies can make to sustainable development. Since being established in 1990, IBLF has provided strategic counsel to companies to enable them to understand and respond to the development challenges that they face, particularly when operating in transition and emerging economies. It also helps businesses connect with other organisations and develop successful cross-sector partnerships. HRIA activities

The International Business Leaders Forum, together with International Finance Corporation and the United Nations Global Compact Office have produced the 'Guide to Human Rights and Management.' The guide is meant to assist companies identify the human rights issues associated with their business, provide them with a tool to manage and mitigate these impacts and help them seize opportunities to go beyond compliance requirements.
