This report discusses in detail the development of the roll out process of HeRWAI, the actual effects of the process and the achieved effects on women’s health rights. They are closely related in terms of showing how the instrument has been used and can be potentially used and what can be achieved with the actual use of the instrument. It was of great value for Aim for human rights to undertake this effect measurement as it provided further insight on how they can improve their instruments, and HeRWAI in particular, the development of other instruments and will increase the overall capacity of the organisation to further develop local ownership and effective outreach of their tools.
