This Country Risk Assessment (CRA) of Kenya highlights a number of human rights that represent high-risk and medium-risk areas for companies. Each right is further explained highlighting why it represents a risk area for companies. Recommendations are made to companies in order for them to avoid engaging in human rights violations.
