Toolset: Checklist of human rights obligations to effectively address HIV and AIDS in Eastern and Southern Africa

The Checklist is one of a series of advocacy tools developed by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to assist governments in the implementation of human rights norms in the context
of the HIV epidemic. It is intended, along with other tools, to build the capacity of stakeholders in Eastern and Southern Africa to act as change agents and advocates for a human rights-based response to HIV.
