One day training to help formulate human rights policy
Child labour, unsafe work conditions and discrimination. Responsible companies avoid involvement in human rights violations. Customers, investors, governments and employees increasingly expect it from your company.
This one day training programme addresses the following practical questions:
- How far does your companies’ responsibility stretch?
- What kind of dilemmas exist and how do you approach these?
- How do you guarantee that your business partners and suppliers comply with human rights-principles?
At the end of the training participants will have a work plan for their company based on:
- the content and meaning of relevant human rights;
- international human rights standards for companies;
- the importance of the supply chains’ responsibility;
- methods to assess and expand compliance with human rights.
Cost: 300 Euro per person
