Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands

The Ministry includes Development Cooperation. The Ministry is working on integrating a Human Rights Based Approach into their development cooperation. The Ministry has a Policy and Operations Evaluation Department (IOB) which, in the context of the evaluation of Dutch foreign policy with regard to human rights, has performed a number of human rights evaluations. The Ministry Publishes country reports called 'ambtsberichten'. Finally the Minister for Development Cooperation publishes an annual report called 'Results in Development'. The report primarily addresses the contribution of the Ministry to the Millenium Development Goals, but seeks to go further than that, also addressing specifically contribution to Good Governance and Human Rights.
